Our offer is always well coordinated with truffle season, and our “a la carte” menu is created in a special way, so that we can always recommend to our guests only the meals prepared from fresh ingredients. The culinary skills of our chefs are top-of-the-class when it comes to truffles, but we also serve specialties with other varieties of mushrooms and asparagus, as well as meals without truffles, and vegetarian and gluten-free meals.
