The house is situated 50mt from the beach in a quiet neiboroughood with lot of green around. We have 2 grocery shops 100 mt from the house.Town center of Poreč is 2.5 km from us and it takes a 15min walk near the sea to come in town.We have also a sport center 100mt from us with tennis courts.The apartment is 65m2 big with 2 bedrooms,kitchen,bathroom and a terace and a balcony with seawiew.We also have a parking place in front of the house.In the kitchen is microwawe,refrigerator,oven.
