Advertising your property on Best-destination.com is simple. Create your account and choose your program according to your property type. Our clear instructions and simple 9-step process make it easy for your to upload your property description, pictures, booking and payment conditions, and your own profile. When you register as a new property owner, you will sign our Terms and Conditions. Once they are approved, and you have made any payments, your properties will be visible to Guests from all over the world.
How can I make my property more visible?
The more Guests who see your property, the more bookings you are likely to receive. We have a variety of advertising programs to fit your needs and your budget.
Does Best-destination.com offer guarantees?
At Best-destination.com, we connect you to the world of travelers who are looking for great accommodations. All transactions are between you and your Guests, leaving you in control of all policies related to your property. We don't make any guarantees.
Do I have to accept every booking?
We strongly encourage our property owners to accept as many bookings as possible, within 24 hours. Finding Guests is your reason for listing your property on Best-destination.com! Of course, sometimes rooms aren't available, or dates don't work. You can accept only the bookings that make sense for you. You can also suggest alternate dates to a Guest. Since you are in direct contact with your Guests via our messaging platform, you have control.
How can I add a new property?
From your property owner dashboard, go to My Accommodations -> New and enter your new property.
How can I change a property's details?
From your property owner dashboard, go to My Accommodations -> List and update your property details.
What does registration cost?
Creating a property owner account is free. You can pay according to the number of bookings you receive, or pay a flat rate for unlimited bookings. Choose from one of our payment programs for property owners or hotels/Hostels that fits your needs.
What are the other fees?
There are no other required fees beyond your booking program fee. We have additional, optional programs to help you attract more Guests. Get professional help with your listing, or choose from a variety of advertising programs.
I don't accept credit cards, is that a problem?
While many travelers like paying with credit cards, there are other options. You can accept bank transfers, cash on arrival or departure, or anything else that works for you. Explain your payment terms in your property listing so your Guests know what to expect.
What if a Guest cancels?
While it's unusual for a Guest to cancel a reservation, it does happen. In that case, your own cancellation policy applies.
What if a Guest doesn't show?
While it's rare for a Guest to simply not arrive, it does happen. In that case, your own policy applies.
