By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Subscriptions
Every type of accommodation can be advertised on Best-Destination.com on a subscription basis.Billing occurs in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Period"). The billing period is one year from the payment date.
The subscription can be extended for another year under exactly the same conditions.
Thirty days before the end of the billing period, subscription users receive an email that the billing period is up. You will be informed that you have the opportunity to extend your subscription for another year by paying the agreed amount on time.
If the subscription users accept the offer and make the payment, the subscription is not interrupted.
If the subscription users do not pay in the amount for the renewal of the subscription, the listing of the accommodation will be deactivated.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trade mark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.
Deletion of the account by registered users
If you no longer want to use the services of Best-Destination.com, you can simply delete your account at any time.
You have to log in and click on the button «Delete account» in your profile.If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in. Your accommodation will no longer be published. The amount paid is non-refundable.With the deletion of the account all your data will be completely deleted from the database. If you do not have any login information, you can request the deletion of your account by email.
Deactivation of the account by registered users
If you temporarily no longer want to use the services of Best-Destination.com, you can deactivate your account.
You have to log in and click on the button «Deactivate account» in your profile. If you deactivate your account, you will no longer be able to log in. Your accommodation will no longer be published. Your data will not be deleted. The amount paid is non-refundable. To use our platform again, please contact us to reactivate your account.
Termination by Marcosoft GmbH
If our terms and conditions are violated, Marcosoft GmbH has the right to terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability.
Your right of use will be terminated immediately and all your data will be completely deleted from the database. The amount paid is non-refundable.
Payments
Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted methods of payment.If you want to pay by credit card, you will be forwarded to the payment institution.
If you pay by bank transfer, we will activate your ad as soon as we have received your payment. As a payment reference, please be sure to include your registered email address and the name of the accommodation.
Fee Changes
Marcosoft GmbH, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Marcosoft GmbH will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
